Sales Final, And Transferable: Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable so you can always pass them to a friend if you can’t make it. All transfers must take place 30 days prior to the event. 

Cancel for Any Reason: Plans can change, we’ve got you covered. For 10% of your pass cost, you can add Cancel for Any Reason protection at the time of purchase and cancel up to 90 days before the event for a 75% refund.

All Ages: This event is all ages and is for everyone. Children under 3 are free with a paid adult ticket.

Refund Policy: All reservations are non-refundable. “Cancel for Any Reason” Cancellation can be purchased at the time of booking and will allow guests to get a full refund (75% refund) before the specified date per event. If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Topeka Beach Weekends are built to be unforgettable experiences—and they’ll go on rain or shine! Unless weather or other conditions create a legitimate safety concern for guests, staff, or property, the event will proceed as planned—even in cases of rain.

Examples of unsafe conditions include, but are not limited to, severe wind or lightning that could endanger artists, crew, or attendees. In such cases, performances may be delayed, paused, or canceled at our discretion in coordination with safety officials.

Please note: this is a multi-day immersive experience—not a traditional single concert ticket. If a scheduled headliner is unable to perform on their designated show day, we reserve the right to reschedule that performance during the same weekend. In rare cases where one or more headline performances cannot be made up during the weekend, we may offer guests a partial refund or future credit based on the pro-rated value of the total number of performances that were canceled and not rescheduled.
